Microchipping
Placing a microchip into your pet is a simple procedure. Our veterinarian implants a microchip about the size of a grain of rice, beneath the surface of your pet's skin between their shoulder blades. The process is similar to a routine vaccination or injection. The process only takes only a few seconds, and no anesthetic is required. The microchip has a unique identification number which is registered, so that if you pet is lost and scanned, the owner is contacted and reunited with your pet.
